• Wrote, designed, and unit tested coupon filter mechanism based on 8 parameters for our flagship product pay rent service, designed data structures, and algorithms to filter 150,000 coupons in less than 1 second; gained customer signups by 20%.
• Optimized average per request time for pay rent service by 25% from 3 to 2 seconds by leveraging cache, and tuning database queries. Worked with the team to improve rent pay transaction management with patterns like SAGAS and CQRS between more than 10 microservices, resulting in a 10% decrease in processing time and an increase in consistency.
• Designed and implemented the backend for a new product - ‘Plutus’, a lead service mechanism for various services like home loans and solar rooftops. Post-release, there was an 85% rise in Home loan lead count and 25% user traffic in a month. Currently, there is around a 25% lead growth rate monthly. It handled 112k Monthly lead traffic and more than 20 vendors were onboarded recently. The product is validated as per quality standards and its crisp lead service filter mechanism which ensures accurate lead distribution according to the vendor’s requirement has become USP leading to a 30% monthly increment in overall lead service revenue.
• Played a key role in developing a scalable, high-performing, and fault-tolerant backend architecture that successfully processed 2 million requests per day during peak season. Rent pay Service crossed $150 million in monthly GTV recently.
