I currently lead Product at Stack Overflow, where my focus is on unifying product, design, engineering, and community around a single direction: building the trusted knowledge system teams rely on in the age of AI. Before Stack Overflow, I spent several years at GitHub leading Product-Led Growth across some of the company’s most critical surfaces, as well as building net new products and experiences for Copilot, GitHub Enterprise, and Advanced Security. My work centered on measuring AI’s impact, accelerating time-to-value, simplifying buying and adoption, and turning usage into durable revenue through product-first experiences. I led GitHub’s self-serve business across product, engineering, and design, owning the full journey from sign-up to scale. My team built the experiences that power trials, purchasing, activation, and upgrades; making it easy for individuals and enterprises to adopt GitHub on their terms. We operated as both a product team and a growth engine, focused on removing friction, driving revenue, and unlocking long-term value. In parallel, I led core enterprise experiences and features, owning how GitHub’s largest customers onboard, operate, and scale on the platform — one of GitHub’s most important strategic bets.
I also led GitHub’s data and metrics strategy across key part of the business. This included building native dashboards and APIs that measure product usage, feature adoption, and Copilot productivity — helping customers and internal teams understand the value we deliver. My team connects data to outcomes across the SDLC.
I led GitHub’s efforts in product-led growth (PLG) and product-led sales (PLS). We focus on scaling adoption through intuitive in-product experiences, while also enabling sales with high-quality signals, funnels, and product insights. Whether it’s increasing seller efficiency or guiding customers from activation to expansion, we make sure the product and business are tightly aligned.
At the core of this work is a unified EPD team (engineering, product, and design) that is driving outcomes across growth, monetization, and the developer experience.
