• Conceived and developed Shared Recency Service that captures and serves user behaviour data such as recently accessed objects and applications Adobe Experience cloud products with zero effort from the teams.
• Pioneered the adoption of GraphQL for SPAs within our BU. Went on to build GraphQL as a service for Adobe Experience cloud products. At the click of a button, the product teams get a GraphQL service instance available in multiple regions, loaded with GraphQL runtime, monitoring/alerting and metrics dashboards.
• Built a User Configuration Data Store for SPAs of Adobe Experience cloud products. A foundational service with zero touch onboarding and focused on low-latency response (as it impacts the SPA load time). It is widely used by Adobe Experience cloud products.
• Conceived and currently developing a Shared Feature flagging service for providing feature flagging
• capability for Single Page applications of Adobe Experience cloud products with zero performance
• penalty at runtime in the browser.
• Collaborated with various product management and engineering management teams to align the scope/adoption strategy of developer ecosystem for Adobe Experience platform products .
• Built a cloud native distributed system that powers authentication for Adobe Experience cloud.
• Earlier this was being powered by a legacy and unstable system. Proposed a new cloud native architecture based on Azure services to the leadership. The new system has reduced the service outages by ~96%.
• Built the cloud native system for the widely successful on-premise system called Interactive Forms by Adobe (A forms solution for online/offline filling and printing - https://www.sap.com/documents/2018/11/7ebe2805-2c7d-0010-87a3-c30de2ffd8ff.html). This led to a double digit million dollar deal with SAP
• Managed two team transitions of 12 and 16 people each from various geographies to India.
• Hired two new teams and built the necessary competencies.
