• 1. Responsible for improving existing systems as well as working on new features for the game.tv app using a variety of GCP offerings like Firestore, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Tasks, Firebase, App Engine, GKE, etc.
• 2. Identified slow queries in MongoDB and added relevant indexes to decrease API response times.
• 3. Worked on GraphQL APIs to power the content creator dashboard which was responsible to fetch data from multiple microservices with minimum latency.
• 4. Modified APIs to use Elasticsearch for text-based search instead of MongoDB.
• 5. Worked on a lot of enhancements on the game cluster which was responsible for automatic game room creation, result updates, etc. using game instances running on machines in the cloud.
• 6. Added integration with game developers' APIs for one of the most famous games on game.tv app.

• 1. Ownership of the backend repository of the InCare module at Innovaccer which was a care management web application written in Python with Django as the web framework. MongoDB was used as the primary data store and Redis as cache.
• 2. Responsible for code reviews, managing tags, branches, and other development workflows of the repository.
• 3. Worked from scratch on a business-critical feature and was involved in architecting workflows, schema design, API design as well as documentation related to it.
• 4. Removed dependency of our module on a central config database and modified it to better suit a microservice design.
• 5. Added documentation of various tech enhancements and POCs to share our work with Innovaccer's engineering teams.

• 1. Worked on setting up celery in the project to handle asynchronous tasks and celery beat to run cron jobs. An example use-case of using it was to prefetch some data from other microservices to enable search in some parts of the product and maintain sleek API response time.
• 2. Responsible for moving the legacy Pyramid framework code which was a classic monolith to a microservice architecture written using Django.
• 3. Worked on dockerizing the microservice and adding unit tests.
• 4. Integrated InCare with a suite of 3rd party APIs and internal microservices through synchronous as well as asynchronous implementations.
