• Solved a perenial problem of merging duplicate boarding points and standardized the creation flow to avoid duplicates in future.
• Worked with Google Maps team to integrate redBus intercity information through GTFS. Solved multiple challenging problems with location data including clustering, merging, correcting, remapping of the boarding points as per GTFS specification.

• Led a completely new team for the initial roll-out of rPool. Worked on the core ride matching algo, handshake flow for the ride acceptance and the overall top-level system design

• Migrated the YourBus tracking from a process based system to an event based system which is more dynamic, scalable and extendable for new workflows.
• Designed a graph system for the bus routes for better detection of boarding points, path prediction to the upcoming boarding points etc.

• YourBus - Bus Tracking & Analytics platform which helps passengers and Bus Operators
• 1. Scaled the YourBus tech platform from tracking 200 buses to almost 90% of the private buses in India.
• 2. Introduced 3 different types of tracking which would vary depending on the route configuration, GPS data quality and boarding points configured.
• 3. Rolled out Wake-up call alarm, which wakes up the passengers few mins before his arrival stop. One of the very effective and high-impact launch in that year in redBus.
• 4. Launced redBus Now, which allows users to book bus tickets in the last minute by looking at the buses current live-location. Lead teams across 3 verticals to launch this.
• 5. Solved some challenging and interesting problems like connecting multiples routes of redBus into a single service, auto identification of the bus rest stops based on GPS data etc.

• 1. Scaled the B2B vertical to a 30+ member team from a size of 6 member team. Managed TLs and EMs.
• 2. Migrated the system from a single instance infra to High-Availability infra with multiple health checks, thus improving the uptime significantly.
