About

I am a Senior Manager leading Loyalty analytics at United Airlines in India. In my role, I drive data-driven strategic decision-making for the Premier Program and Partnerships portfolios within the MileagePlus ecosystem. This involves supporting and growing existing partnerships, like Marriott, Avis Budget, MPX gift card, shopping, dining and more, and identifying new partnership opportunities that align with our strategic goals. On the Premier Program side, my analytics work focuses on fostering customer loyalty and retention. I help ensure that as customers become more loyal, they receive greater recognition and benefits, making them feel valued and more engaged with our program. Previously, I worked with United’s NOC (Network Operations Center) Analytics team. NOC ensures flight continuity during operational disruptions by making real-time aircraft swaps, minimizing cancellations and cascading impacts across the network. My role was to support these decisions using analytics to improve aircraft utilization and operational efficiency. Before that, I was part of United Next, United’s internal consulting and long-term strategy team. As the airline prepared to double its fleet post-2022, our team provided high-level strategic guidance to operations functions for projects with a 1–10 year outlook. This role enhanced my cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills. Earlier, I worked in United’s Inventory Management and Strategy team, focused on optimizing inventory availability through automation to reduce stockouts and improve service levels. I gained experience in technical operations including vendor management, warehouse logistics, material planning, and maintenance support. Before this, I began my analytics journey with short stints at eBay and FabHotels, where I first applied data to solve real business problems. My career started at Airtel in the Procurement division, managing software procurement worth ₹600 crore across CapEx and OpEx. I led negotiations, sourcing, and vendor management, ensuring cost-effective, timely, and compliant procurement. Across these roles, I have built expertise in analytics, strategy, stakeholder management, operations, procurement, inventory planning, automation, and process improvement. Outside of work, I enjoy movies, music, and theatre.
