• I took a year-long break to focus on growth, exploration, and clarity. I solo travelled and backpacked across India and Southeast Asia, meeting people from different cultures, professions, and backgrounds. These experiences gave me a broader perspective on life, work, and human connection.
• During this time, I also worked on my physical and mental health through fitness, therapy, meditation, and yoga retreats, and took on new challenges like skydiving, scuba diving, surfing, biking across Ladakh etc. I spent time reading and reflecting on philosophy, psychology, and finance, which deepened my self-awareness and understanding of the world.
• This year helped me return with a clearer mind, renewed curiosity, and a stronger sense of balance — qualities that I now bring into my professional journey.

• Developed scalable ETL pipelines for alternative data sources powering trading signals in both systematic and discretionary models.
• Built a data validation framework from scratch, improving signal quality and reducing processing time from 1 hour to 12 minutes.
• Collaborated with quantative developers and data scientists to convert financial insights into quantitative models, driving more efficient research and decision-making.

• Worked at D. E. during my final college semester. Though officially an intern, I handled responsibilities equivalent to a full-time engineer and submitted the work as my final-year project for academic credit.

• Developed an extensible Python application to monitor and analyze the performance of internal tools.
• Integrated Elastic, Logstash, InfluxDB, and Kibana for real-time tracking, visualization, and performance optimization.
