• As head of India Delivery Center was responsible for the overall engineering delivery and program management for the various outsourced software development efforts for customers in US and India and the products developed by Insight Solutions based on different domains and technologies.
• One of the key customers was Cisco Systems, US for which setup an offshore development team at Bangalore. Insight's team both at San Jose and Bangalore worked on a suite of applications for the Cisco Systems' Product Development Infrastructure (CDO/PDI) group that are critical for the feature and release level planning, tracking, testing, documenting, building, releasing and notifying security issues of all Cisco software products that include IOS/XE/XR and CatOS operating systems that control most of the Cisco hardware.

• Represented India (Bureau of Indian Standards & Dept. of Electronics) in the ISO JTC1/SC2/WG2 & WG3 committees for 7&8-bit (8859) and 16-bit (10646) Universal Multiple-Octet Coded Character Set standards during 1994-96. Attended ISO/Unicode technical Working Group meetings held at Turkey in 1994.
