• Role and Responsibilities
• To ensure adherence to corporate instructions, standards, and policies(ITCS 104, ITCS 300, GSD 331/ISec). In addition, coordinate compliance plans and activities for each program, including compliance assessment and validation processes, as well as education related to business and application controls, compliance, and data security.
• Preliminary testing of KCFR & KCO under SOX compliance in IBM GPS from both Infrastructure and Application point of view.
• Implementation & compliance testing of IBM security standard ITCS 104.
• Compliance of IT process in terms of artefacts availability and metrics defined from Audit perspective.
• Periodic Review of IT Security processes.
• Implementation of PCI, ISO 27001 standard for IBM GPS and its customer.
• Responsible for Implementing / Standardization of tools & architecture across all location (52 sites).
• Part of IBM GPS Internal Audit Team which conducts periodic audits on IT Process/applicable standards/ client requirements.
• Facilitate the third party (KPMG, Pricewaterhouse Coopers etc) / Client audits.
• To work in line with Quality team for the processes audits and to maintain the compliance of the process.
• Part of Data Privacy and IT Security Incident Team, which is responsible for investigating any Data Privacy and IT Security Incidents.
