• During the job, I had the honor to work directly with Dr. Pat Taylor, Director of Landscape Architecture Department at The University of Texas at Arlington.
• My responsibilities as a web developer at CELA were:
• Designed and developed a responsive website for the organization using HTML5, CSS3, and JQuery.
• Maintain the website and update content in the website frequently.

• Managed correspondence with CELA members.

• Being a student assistant at libraries and operations at the University of Texas at Arlington, helped me in building a sense of confidence to interact with fellow students and visitors on daily basis. This job required the candidate to be completely aware of handling any situation, at any given time and also be cautious of any fraudulent activities going on in the premises and to report it to the management or to the university police, in case of immediate attention.

• 1. Customer Service:
• Greet everyone at the entrance and check their IDs to make sure that only authorized people have the access to the resources.
• Assist the patron questions about the campus.
• Handle the flow of students and visitors during events.
• 2. Patrol
• To perform random checks of the library premises and make sure that all the activities are running smoothly.
• Find any lost things and report it to the Lost & Found Department.
• 3. Maintaining library resources:
• Fill the paper trays in the copy machine, in timely manner.
• Check out books to the students.
• Arrange the furniture according to the events.
