Working on “PK not IS” and “IS not Closed” (Hygiene).
Responsible to Train new joiner employees.
Responsible to maintain daily basis MIS Report at the end of theday. Coordinating with 3PL team current day drops and guiding the Team accordingly.
Planning manpower as per planned shipment load in both shift. Resolving vendor dispute regarding shot/excess/rejected.
Also taking care of RCA responsibility at shift wise.
Maintain RCA report at the end of shift on daily basis.
