• I work in the capacity of an assistant editor and researcher at the Child Poverty Action Research Lab (CPAR) Lab at Katha. I have undertaken an content analysis of > 50 books by Katha to assess the pedagogy behind storytelling. I also assisted in the evaluation of Katha's I Love Reading Program and helped edit the impact assessment report. My job entails maintaining editorial standards of the research based reports at the Lab, for which reason I am better known as Eagle Eyes within my team.

• I joined Katha as an assistant editor at the publishing wing, Katha Vilasam.
• I worked on the Supergirls Series as a writer of stories, poems and also as an editor and translator (English to Hindi). I worked with a team of 10 to help produce this series is a set of four books that encourage reproductive health and general hygiene for young reads through fantastical tales, poems and non-fiction snippets that have especially been written in lucid and easy-to-read prose. Available in Hindi, Telugu and English, these books were produced with the help of FICCI and Bank of Tokyo.
