• Implemented enhanced cycle-count closure logic to auto-reconcile stale overages at Location/SKU level and conditionally delete associated transfer tasks, improving inventory data accuracy by 84% and reducing manual cleanup effort by 92%.
• Engineered real-time, bi-directional event-driven data synchronization across Newton RDS, OS1, and HRMS using Kafka- and webhook-based pipelines, enabling low-latency, highly consistent lifecycle state propagation across legacy and modern systems.
• Developed and integrated a lot-level picking feature in the warehouse management workflow, improving traceability and cutting daily picking errors by 700 lots per day.
• Stabilized mission-critical systems during Delhivery’s peak season by optimizing Kafka retry mechanisms, introducing dead-letter queues (DLQs), resolving pod restart issues, and proactively monitoring and tuning database load.
