• At Kotak Mahindra Bank, I joined as Senior Manager, promoted to Chief Manager and then lastly designated as Associate Vice President. Here, I honored with Regional Collections Award for continuously 4 terms in 2 years to handle legal recoveries - North.
• I was responsible for maintaining legal policies and check the on-track management of complex legal matters along with I actively evaluate the proposed business activities. Also, I oversee the litigation against the bank consumer, civil and criminal matters. Also, I dealt / coordinated with sales, credit and risk teams to evaluate and change procedures.
• I played a key role as in-charge of Purchased Portfolio for entire write-off allocation of North and handled legal pan India. I effectively initiated Sec-9 under the Arbitration Act and created a separate legal vertical. I identify the fraud activities and potential risks and also filed police complaints on the same.

Moreover, I led team on service of summons and execution of warrants.
• As Legal Manager, I implemented legal strategy for the zone since inception of business. I engaged in empanelment of crisis management team across India for cases against the company. I also provide multiple criminal case filing u/s 200 Cr. PC and 156 (3) from diverse locations.
