• I started my career as a Fraud Analyst with TTEC(Airbnb) in July 2017. Working under the direction of senior members, I monitored the online security of our client’s platform and investigated the likely loopholes/challenges. Utilizing my academic and professional knowledge, I dedicated my entire year to the company while working in the Trust and Safety Team. Here I gained an opportunity to work closely on how a particular platform is affected by different types of online fraud that are increasing with every passing second. Further, I have also been awarded multiple times among Top performers, Best Performers, and Special Recognition.
• I have also Mentored New Teams for Trust and Safety Department, in the process for TTEC(Airbnb), where I was able to greatly enhance my leadership and training skills. The long 4 weeks mentor ship period for the batch included understanding the work types, training the new mates, ensuring quality and productivity during the training period, providing feedback, maintaining records of each mate, discussing of the product, and clarifying doubts.
