• RoofandFloor, which is part of The Hindu Group, lacked a clear content strategy when they reached out to me in 2017. In my role as a Content Consultant, I created the following:

• 3. Convert RoofandFloor's blog, Realty Guide, from a portal lacking in direction and quality to one of India's best blogs on real estate today.
• 4. Monitor and guide RoofandFloor's social media presence.

• Infiniti Research is a market research company based in Bangalore. My role here was to build and establish a strong Editing Team that could take on the challenges of editing (including often extensive rewriting) of market research reports.
• Here's what I did:
• Set standards and benchmarks for editing
• Establish quality control procedures in recruiting and further testing of editors
• Coach and develop direct report(s) by creating individual development plans, providing on-the-job learning and ensuring the development of a strong, cohesive team
• Monitor daily administrative functions, including resource allocation, time management, inter-team communications, and issue resolutions
• The result was the scaling of a 3-member team into a 45-plus team that set new benchmarks for quality processes at Infiniti Research.

• How do you change the complexities of a manufacturing-based corporate and tune the brand to reflect today's social-savvy image? Those were the challenges that awaited me when I joined Bosch. Change was the buzzword here:
• I was responsible for the implementation and roll-out of Bosch India's new website and strategic digital communication.
• I created, conceptualized, and implemented Bosch India's social media presence. From 0 to more than 150,000 followers, this was a fun and revealing journey that involved creating a comprehensive social media strategy, crisis communication plan, overall social media calendar, and monitoring of conversations.
• I was also the Managing Editor of the Bosch India magazine, creating new, people-focused narratives.
• Continuing with the spirit of change, I worked with the Bosch global communications team to change the Bosch intranet, bringing in social tools for more effective collaboration. Bosch moved from old, stumbling legacy intranets to a new 'social' intranet. This meant working with other stakeholders on its effective use.
