• Understanding the existing infrastructure for the enhancement and maintenance. • Supporting IT Infrastructure for 24x7 as end-end Client support. • Handling tickets on the priority level to provide the solution to the customer on time. • Managing Linux servers in AWS, VMware, Nutanix cloud and on-premises Data centers. • Spin-up new instances based on the user request/requirements in cloud and on-premises Data centers. • Configuring the applications in Linux servers with SSL certification and handover to Development team for productivity. • Handling deployments in middleware, Linux and AWS for QA and Production environment. • Monitoring the servers via Datadog and PRTG tool to avoid business outages. • VMware tool upgradation for the servers in vSphere. • Modifying the VM configuration based on the change request. • Building servers using vSphere in the required ESXi Server location. • Create templates to simplify the VM spin up in Windows and Linux flavor. • Managing the snapshot to spin up the new Instance in AWS, Nutanix and VMware. • Managing the S3 bucket access to the users based on the project role/request. • AWS SSO login and permission for the new user to the accounts via IAM Identity center. • war file deployment from S3 bucket to the instance running on AWS. • Handling Service now and Jira tickets raised by the users and release manager. • Experienced in migrating servers from VMware to Nutanix cloud. • Uploading ISO images to the VMware for spin up the servers. • Handling package installation/upgradation using YUM. • Working with Ansible script to manage the multiple nodes in the configuration level. • Managing LVM (Logical Volume Manager) in Linux servers. • WDE installations in Lab servers and Desktop via Intel global repository. • PXE boot level installation via network using Intel DEPCOM application. • Joining/rejoining servers from the Intel domains like GAR/GER/AMR. • Server MAC registration in NETACC and subnet level restriction for the machines ex: STD, RST. • BigFix application installation and push the patches to the servers. • Share path accessing permission for different groups and users. • Running CPU and memory test in the servers to find the issue and update detailed report to BU. • Propose, Review & Create solution documentation for enhancements or new working solutions. • All the tickets have been individually maintained in the data sheet and creating SOP as well. • Helping the team members technically to get some idea about the new issues coming in the queue.
