He managed a distributed global team of highly talented engineers and managers. Driven constant innovation as well as customer satisfaction in the products that he managed. Rajesh was responsible for the integration technologies of E-Business Suite, including Cloud based tools and SOA; enterprise mobility infrastructure, enterprise user-interface and persistence framework, cloud provisioning management tool, AI tool and so on. Rajesh's team built predictive AI models for various functional areas like Procurement , Order Management and Surge prediction for EBS on OCI. These were done by developing a Auto-ML type tool, which made the whole modelling and training process simpler. Rajesh was awarded 6 patents for his work across 15 different product areas. Rajesh is well conversant in Agile & waterfall models of software development. He works extensively in putting together product roadmap, strategises new products / product features, interacts with customers in various forums, participates in key hiring activities and represented company at various tech conferences. While not at work, Rajesh loves to explore technologies like IoT, basic robotics, hobby electronics etc. He is pro-fitness and likes to keep abreast with sustainable initiatives.
