After 8 years in Enterprise Tech Sales, I stepping into my passion as a somatic therapist and breathwork facilitator, working with individuals and groups in both private practice and community settings. My work integrates somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based approaches, trauma-informed care, and breathwork. In private practice, I provide one-on-one therapy and coaching sessions, supporting clients with trauma, anxiety, identity development, relational challenges, and spiritual integration. I also facilitate breathwork journeys and therapeutic processes designed to help clients access and process unconscious material in a safe, embodied way. In addition to private sessions, I have led group workshops, retreats, and therapeutic containers in Israel and internationally, including men’s groups, breathwork ceremonies, and healing circles. These experiences focus on nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and cultivating greater self-awareness and resilience. My professional training includes extensive education in somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems, Hakomi psychotherapy, and trauma-informed coaching. I am currently enrolled in a four-year Hakomi psychotherapy training program and have completed a 150-hour Compassion-Focused Coaching certification. Alongside my clinical and facilitation work, I am the founder of a healing-focused community that organizes therapeutic workshops, breathwork events, and integrative healing experiences.
