Handling last mile deliveries of growing E- commerce start- up , Leading team of over 300 people. • Leading a very large fleet of delivery executives (300+) across areas through a 40 tier team of Team Leads (TLs) and supervisors. • Ensuring great customer experience through managing an early morning supply chain with a multi hierarchy team executing thousands of shipments every morning without failures. • Ensuring minimum delivery errors i.e. Order not delivered, Partial deliveries, Spoiled/damages, Late deliveries by analysis of root cause & solution designing with respect to same • Designing process to ensure smooth deliveries ensuring execution in minimum time through proper route/ cluster mapping by marking proper route survey’s. • Development of new vendors/identifying and negotiating on market vendors. • Execute plans for ensuring availability of adequate fleet and/or building the fleet and infrastructure to meet the Supply demand • Ensure prompt responses to queries /concerns raised by the TLs and Delivery Executives thereby clearing doubts/ apprehensions if any • Explore opportunities for reducing the overall Cost Per Delivery • Ensure compliance in hub operations and logistics in all areas • Monitor the performance metrics of different reporting teams and take necessary actions to improve the same
