• Worked on the Palantir Foundry track:
• Led the team & collaborated with Architects & Foundry engineers, to evaluate Foundry as a product offering
• Delivered Foundry Onboarding Platform (FOP) as a paved path for any Intuit teams to onboard to Palantir Foundry with all the required user & data access guardrails
• Enabled "Intuit Signals" use-case to leverage Palantir Foundry in a secure manner via FOP, driving a potential $4m in efficiencies & $20m in new revenue in 1st year
• Took an internal mobility, to have an expanded scope to lead the Data Reliability track:
• Led Data Quality: Stepped up to re-architect, modernise and lead the team in delivering new Data Quality platform across the stack; enabling critical business data & go-to market teams to ensure that tax-critical datasets, dashboards & marketing campaigns are built on top of Clean & Reliable data.
• Owned Data Observability: Defined a concept of "Golden Signals" for Data Pipelines, by stitching Data Quality health of the produced Data assets and Pipeline health of the Realtime/Batch pipelines; to be further leveraged to create incident management process around critical Big Data incidents.

• Took an internal mobility, and worked on the Batch Processing Platform (BPP):
• Features & Operational Excellence: - Led the AWS EMR Runtime of BPP, improved the performance & cost of the EMR workload by 10% via gp3 EBS adoption. Owned & delivered multiple features related to BPP Collections to ease the operational management of Data Pipelines. Improved the query performance for the Micro-services via systematic debugging & optimized DB queries, reducing CPU utilization by ~70%.
• Led stakeholder management for customers in India: Grew a team of 4 Contractors in BPP India, on-boarded & actively led them on OpEx tracks to improve platform resilience. Drove UIP-BPP OpMechs from the BPP side, closely collaborating & understanding the different use-cases of UIP, grooming & prioritising the feature requests from BPP & implementing them in a timely manner for Customer Delight. Expanded my charter for the BPP Adoption track of Data Insights org, along with UIP.
• Worked on Data Lineage, powering Intuit's journey towards Clean Data:
• Led Data Lineage Capture track: Designed and architected the end-to-end solution for lineage capture mechanism for various Intuit systems/platforms, by collaborating with multiple cross-functional groups. Led the team to deliver 3 SDKs and 1 API for capturing lineage, in an event-driven real-time architecture. The inner-source readiness and extensive documentations have enabled 20+ teams at Intuit to adopt and publish lineage. Led the team with operational efforts to setup monitoring, and contributing to open-source (OpenLineage)
• Led the team in making inner-source contributions for adopting Lineage SDKs in 3 Data platforms (UIP, BPP & Superglue)
• Led the cross-geo collaboration with Data Quality & Go-To Market teams, to power Data Reliability on top of Data Lineage - for running marketing campaigns backed with more reliable data.

• Stepped up to lead more tracks of the Unified Ingestion Platform (UIP):
• Kickstarted the Self-Healing module, to improve the Operational Excellence (reduce MTTD/MTTR), which now self-heals multiple types of alerts due to the extendable design. Self-Healing has also reduced considerable on-call efforts, resulting in Developer Productivity.
• Drove the Full-Stack Revamp of the Self-Serve experience of the platform. Reduced the new onboarding efforts by 5x: By improving the user workflows, adding better Self‑Serve automation, kick‑starting Cypress Integration Tests and adding Tech Maturity documentation.
• Led the SOX compliance track for the Batch Ingestion module of UIP: Contributed to the new Data Parity & Repair requirements, onboarded UIP to a new Intuit-wide scheduling & runtime platform called BPP (Batch Processing Platform) & inner-sourced a shared "sox-cli" library for multiple Platform Teams within Intuit to re-use for enabling auditing as part of their CI/CD
• Led migration of the UIP Batch Ingestion jobs from a legacy scheduler to Intuit's Batch Processing Platform (BPP): Drove design discussions across both UIP & BPP platforms to figure out various alternatives & pros/cons, proactively bridged the gaps for the platform-on-platform setup, enabled Orchestration Automation of UIP Batch Ingestion jobs via BPP APIs for new Ingestion onboardings, and also led the migration of a major chunk of existing UIP jobs to BPP.
• Led the efforts from different modules of UIP, for simultaneously ingesting from both Oracle & Postgres sharded sources to the Data Lake. This is part of an Intuit-wide effort, that enables Intuit QuickBooks data to be safely moved from one source type to another source type.

• Joined the Unified Ingestion Platform (UIP), which ingests Data from multiple sources (MySQL, MSSQL, Postgres, Oracle, File, DynamoDB, Cassandra, etc) to the Data Lake via CDC (Change Data Capture) for consumption by Data Analysts, Data Warehouses, AI/ML Teams & Dashboards.
• Worked on different modules of UIP: Data Parity, Platform Monitoring, DynamoDB Ingestion, and CCPA Compliance to name a few.
