• Devised a NN architecture to decrease the latency and optimize the number of calculation steps compared to Python Code.
• Designed circuits for forwarding NN and FET based on-chip feedback circuit trained with SGD using the back-propagation algorithm.
• Analyzed & compared different implementations (MOSFET and Spintronics) on the basis of energy consumption and speed.
