  • Conclusion:
  • Provided a framework for proper distribution in future from a specific plant by analysis of contribution and sales from the plants and all the controllable risks like the billing preferences etc.
  • The rule book to be periodically updated and reviewed since the costs tend to change.
  • Exceptional approval should be accounted for in the decision making process through the procedure.
