• ● Managed Payment Partnerships for 12 major providers, ensuring smooth money movement (recon between ledger and Accounting) and accurate data representation & visualisation.

• ● Global Analysis to ensure accurate reconciliation and MEC of top processors based on highest materiality and transaction volumes by visualising via Tableau powered by data extraction leveraging SQL, leading to accurate closure of $6M in the accounting books.
• ● Onboarded settlement reporting for dLocal and PayU - resolving reporting gaps, accurate fee reporting at a transactional level, reducing gaps by ~$4M/annum, bagged $1M incentive in fees and ultimately unlocking new business opportunities in LatAm.

• Experience at Uber encompasses collaborating closely with CommOps and Ops teams internally along with Stakeholder Management across external partners for APAC.
• Started my journey with the CommOps part of the world for about 1.5 years and then switched to gain an amalgam of experience on the Ops side which helped gain acute business knowledge along with the data driven approach behind each decision.
• Switched over to the Ops part of the business to analyse partnership health across various digital payment modes in APAC driving close collaboration with Business Development, Rider Ops, Finance and Internal Tax Teams.
