I’m a builder who cares deeply about how things get done. I trained as an engineer, but my real learning came from stepping out of my comfort zone early - moving countries, rebuilding life from scratch, and working in fast-growing startups where execution mattered more than ideas. I joined BukuWarung as employee #5 and saw firsthand how quickly ambition breaks without strong systems, clear ownership, and disciplined execution. That experience shaped my belief that the “how” is the difference between growth that looks good on paper and growth that actually lasts. Today, I’m building Podium - a platform for ambitious women navigating career and life transitions. As women progress, their peer networks often shrink right when they need them most. Podium helps women find the right peers at the right moment, so growth doesn’t have to be lonely or accidental. Outside of work: dog mom to Simba, big on fitness, aerial yoga, and dance. I recharge with books, quiet time, and scenic getaways.
