I briefly considered describing myself as a technologist, but really, I'm just a geek at heart! I love learning about (any and all) tech, and figuring out how to use it to solve interesting problems. I stumbled upon Solutions Engineering around 14 years ago, and it's been an extremely rewarding journey. :) I've had the pleasure of helping customers navigate challenges like moving their infrastructure to the cloud, scaling for major sporting events and app launches, and building systems that are fast, resilient, and secure. Over the last couple of years, I've gone deeper into AppSec and Cloud Security, helping large enterprises and digital natives secure their development workflows and cloud environments. Security tooling has come a long way, and evolved to keep up with the attack landscape - security and shipping velocity no longer have to be at odds. Recently, a recurring theme in my conversations has been: how do you deploy AI responsibly, and how do you use AI to strengthen security rather than introduce new risk?

At Wiz, I work with some of the largest and most complex organisations in South India as well as fast-growing startups in the region, which makes for extremely varied and interesting conversations.
My role here is deeply consultative, and involves running multi-stakeholder workshops with app developers, platform engineering, and security teams, building out security solutions that align with business priorities and existing architecture - all the groundwork that's needed to enable an organization to ship secure-by-design applications.
The conversation I keep finding myself in lately with CTOs, CISOs and VPs of Engineering/IT: AI adoption has moved faster than most organisations anticipated, and the instinct to block it entirely is both understandable and counterproductive. The more interesting question is how to adopt AI securely, to get visibility into what's actually being used across environments, and put the right guardrails in place to protect key assets without slowing teams down.

As a field Solutions Engineer at Akamai, I worked very closely with some of Akamai India's largest customers in the media (OTT and news publishers) and telecom industries. I managed the technical relationship and led new product evaluations, new implementations, and conducted workshops to encourage better adoption of Akamai products across customer organizations.

The Memory Compiler team at Intel was one of the few teams across the company that worked on end-to-end design, from behavioural modelling to yield analysis, instead of specializing in a single part of the design process.
I worked on designing and developing the first TCAM compiler on an Intel process, to help automate the process of generating all the collateral necessary for TCAMs of different sizes. My focus was developing and validating front-end collaterals such as RTF, LEF and LIB files.
