Knowledge/Experience: Almost 3 years of working experience in Software Development Have worked with protocols like MPLS, MPLS-TP, GMPLS, OSPF and RSVP-TE. Currenlty working in Infinera India Pvt. Ltd. for almost last 2 years. Have got to work on many different products on Infinera's 3rd and 4th generations of Flexible Line System. Prior to this, was working in Tejas Networks as R&D Engineer. There, I got to work on protocols like MPLS, MPLS-TP and others. Have completed my B.Tech from NIT Durgapur in Computer Science and Engineering. During college days I loved solving problems in Data-Structures and Algorithms. Operating Systems was the subject which always fascinated me. Even contributed to a project on File System Intrusion Detection. Proficient in C, C++ Know Java and Python languages basics. In Tejas I worked with team NM whose work is to provide management plane functionality in Node Elements. NM interacts with other daemons to which it sends configuration information and receives alarms and events. It supports TL1,NMS,SNMP etc. for accessing the nodes.
I also worked on Softbridge which was a software and it's purpose was to act like a bridge without a dedicated hardware.It could filter and shuttle different kinds of packets across hardware ports.
