I’m a backend engineer currently working as a Member of Technical Staff (MTS) at Salesforce, focused on building highly available, distributed systems in the monitoring and observability space. At Salesforce, I work in the Funnel team (Mon Cloud), building high-throughput ingestion pipelines for logs and telemetry. My focus is on availability and reliability—designing systems that handle failures gracefully while processing and routing large-scale data to Kafka and other downstream platforms. Previously, I worked at SAP Concur (SAP Labs India), building cloud-native backend systems, including REST and GraphQL APIs, asynchronous workflows, and AWS-based infrastructure. I also completed a 2-month internship at Microsoft, where I developed a cloud-native audit microservice using Azure Functions. Earlier, through Microsoft Engage, I built a real-time Teams-like application. I’m focused on distributed systems, high-availability architectures, and backend platform engineering.
