• The project included financial appraisal of a 2x250 MW coal based power plant. It was a two stage process including financial modeling and financial appraisal and Report preparation. The report assess the viability of this project based on quantitative parameters like project cost, proposed means of finance, Profit & Loss and Cash Flow projections, DSCR, IRR and profitability margins etc; and qualitative parameters like Risk analysis, SWOT analysis, and Sensitivity analysis.
