The transactions will be validated for the flow via PSH (Payment Service Hub).

• FMF Verify is a sanction application used by Royal Bank of Canada used to view and take decisions on all the transactions getting sanctions hits. The purpose of this project is to migrate from FMF Verify to Firco Continuity 5.3.6.2 which is a new version with advanced features. As the sanction engine is same across the different locations of RBC, all the transactions with sanction hits from all the locations get queued to this application. The project is divided into Phases with step by step implementation for different RBC teams in each phase. QA needs to check the connectivity of the application with different RBC applications and to validate the decision making in Firco Continuity.
• FML rules also need to be validated.

• Banking Electronic Support System (BESS) is a funds transfer and communication product that automates a bank's Wire room and Payments Applications. It minimizes manual processing of SWIFT incoming and outgoing wire transactions and try to make the payment STP by using the mechanism of Auto Enrichment (FIRCO 57/5X), Routing Rules, fund availability validation. It also provides Sanctions Scanning for all transactions as per the Anti Money Laundering rules for all the RBC enterprise Business Units. BESS Funds Transfer System provides 7/24 availability to RBC enterprise wide Business Units with different time zones globally. The application provides the business with services like SWIFT & TELEX Message, Payment, Statement Processing and transmission with the SWIFTNet FIN network.
• This application is a Logica vendor solution which runs on HP Non Stop Kernel (Tandem) Operating System. BESS is integrated with other vendor solution such as Fircosoft solutions & RBC in-house customization and software solutions to provide various business services. It communicates with many Interfaces via various middleware technologies, primarily WebSphere MQ and BCOM with a various Input & Output dependencies.
