• Development of powerful tool suite and SDK, Affinitee, targeted to DVB-H MobileTV and graphics platforms. Worked with remote teams in USA and Canada to define software requirements. Has complete ownership for Affinitee from requirement acquisition to deployment and support.
• Affinitee provides configurable tools for RF performance analysis, over-the-air monitoring of network parameters, field tests, MBRAI, NorDig (RF performance specifications) automation test suite, logging, registers map, memory and hardware block verification. Affinitee is developed in C++ using design patterns like Adapter, Façade, Factory, Singleton.
• Design and development of various MobileTV demo applications for trade shows like 3GSM, CES, Computex.
• Involved in developing middleware for handheld multimedia framework based on OpenMAX IL. Supported various customer programs for integrating middleware in customer phones.

• Design, development, enhancements and maintenance of OneBridge Mobile Groupware Client for Windows Mobile, PocketPC and Smartphone devices. OneBridge client synchronizes PIM (personal information management) data, files, databases registry on device with the remote server. It supports PUSH feature that delivers emails and other PIM data to device without user interaction keeping the device updated at all times. Developed in C++ using eVC++, Windows Mobile, PocketPC Smartphone SDK.
• Design and development of diagnostic software tool that help Technical Support Team resolve customer issues. It retrieves all the necessary information from the machine, zip it and mail it to Support team.
• Development of software component, called Desktop Connector, on desktop PC that provides TCP/IP network connection to the connected mobile device. It is part of OneBridge suite.
• Design and development of distributed software for testing OneBridge server scalability. It concurrently launches customized synchronization sessions on OneBridge desktop Windows client on multiple machines. It gathers and displays data dynamically to better administer the scale test.
• Design and development of distributed automated test suite. Automated 72% of tests in span of 4 months. Developed in C++, C#, ASP.net

• My responsibility was to seed remote SW team for IP Video Systems, a start-up in San Jose, CA, USA. It was later acquired by Barco.
• Hired, trained and managed eight-member software team for developing products in space of IP TV and video collaboration using MPEG2 and a propriety protocol. Design and development was spread over different modules implemented in different languages and platforms like C/C++, JAVA, PHP on Windows and Linux, Java script on STBs (set-op-box).
• Individual contribution was Desktop Client implemented in C++ on Windows using DirectDraw, Winsock APIs.
