• IPD: Excel based tool which manages headcount of certain area.
• MI Pack: Automated dashboard designed on SAP Xcelcius application platform.

• Automated Headcount Tool: This dashboard is specially designed for Resource Management across all the locations. It shows Headcount monthly trend by Asset class as well as Location. Contractors, Employees ratio helps management team for cost saving decisions. This MI is useful to know how all the locations and Asset classes perform against their headcount plan. This automation involves pulling information from source and automatically creates a presentation in pre-defined ppt format. There were total 46 slides to be designed manually which was very time consuming and tedious task. By automating this, it becomes simple, standard, fast and error free presentation.
