• Design and process owner for automation at Mother hubs. Designed normal flows and exception flows for all sites with automation. Worked with Tech, Product and vendor teams to ensure seamless integration of automation into BAU activities.
• Network expansion for 2015 BBD: Was responsible for the network expansion for 2015 BBD. Coordinated with Facilities, IT, FSS and other relevant teams to ensure all the sites along with the necessary BOQ items were available to ensure operations from these new sites started as planned.

• Contributed to improving the efficiency of the bagging process at Mother Hub. By doing time motion studies, the non value added activities were identified and work was initiated to address the same.
