• Super Express Delivery: Daily essential products delivered to the
• customer within 10 minutes after placing order.
• Dark Store Launching: New Dark store launching, overall training of
• the staff, Inventory inbound set-up & outbound start.
• Operations: Ensure good coordination with Picking, Packing &
• Dispatch department to achieve on-time deliveries & maintaining
• ownership of operational plan to ensure smooth operation of the
• same. Process implementation for material inbound, sorting, put
• away, picking and dispatching.
• Data Driven: Preparing MIS/Dashboard of daily report based on KPI and
• SLA & keep updating with higher management.
• Strategic planning: Ensure smooth flow of input material & delivery of
• customers by maintaining a good balance between supply and demand.
• Cause effect analysis for minimizing the errors in process and make
• simplified work environment.
• Inventory Management: Inventory control for A/ B/ C class items
• material costing also day to day basis cycle count (Physical Vs System).
• Responsible for stock inventory and fulfillment after picking. Ensuring
• appropriate stock in binning before picking. Keep close eye on MRP for
• fast moving articles. Ensure FIFO to be followed in Picking.
• Warehouse Setup: Ensuring process set up at new warehouse, 5S and
• inbound & Outbound execution for newly launched dark store.
• Escalation Handling: Proper resolution to the customer regarding
• delivery, pickup and refund related queries.
• Management: Managing team size of 50+ members and Training to
• Supervisor and other Staff to ensure operation without Escalation/Gap
• FIFO: First in first out process should be followed to ensure minimized
• expire stock and to maintain balanced good stock.
• Manpower: Hiring manpower for in house operation and for last mile
• delivery section.
