At Zomato, I worked on scaling delivery-first brands and driving growth for large restaurant groups - leading portfolios exceeding ₹30Cr+ and taking brands from ₹30L to ₹3Cr/month. Worked closely with brands like Burger King, Starbucks, Naturals Ice Cream, and Baskin Robbins - building partnerships that drove both top-line and operational efficiency.
