Darpan Bajaj — Design Manager

I’m a Senior UX Design Manager with 9+ years of experience designing and leading complex, operations-heavy digital products at scale. Currently, I lead design initiatives at Domino’s India (Jubilant FoodWorks). My work spans retail platforms, store operations, POS ecosystems, and end-to-end customer experience systems used across thousands of stores. In recent years, I have been involved in shaping exploratory initiatives around intelligent decision support for store operations, with a focus on improving consistency, efficiency, and on-ground outcomes. Some of these initiatives were later carried forward and evolved as part of Blinkit’s product experience following the transition. I have also contributed to enterprise-scale products at Sprinklr. I’m trained in Interaction Design from IIT Guwahati and bring a parallel, long-standing interest in film and storytelling, which shapes how I think about narrative, meaning, and human behaviour in products. I’m interested in roles and collaborations where design plays a strategic role in shaping systems, not just interfaces, particularly in retail technology, platforms, and impact-driven products.
