• PropertyRadar provides real-time cloud-based big data services for real estate professionals, investors, governments, and others needing the latest property data, research tools, and near real-time data and analytics to enable critical investment decision-making. When the ForeclosureRadar was formed in 2007, I consulted for the CEO to drive key technical and architectural decisions for ForeclosureRadar and recruited talent to build a product team. In 2012 I joined the team on an interim basis to run engineering, operations, product management, and QA to as the company became PropertyRadar.
• In 2012-2013, I improved development output 30-40%, resolved key product and technical barriers, implemented a QA function, and established SCRUM-based development which moved PropertyRadar from a “proof-of-concept” to the release of a new product for 12,000 existing and future customers. PropertyRadar is a rich HTML5 web/tablet application with a robust data infrastructure including NoSQL, SOLR and a LAMP stack running on the Amazon AWS.
