• I worked as a part of a research team in the field of serverless computing. The project I worked on involves examining the benefits of serverless computing and comparing it to the traditional server-based computing. The work involves porting applications to the Fission open source serverless computing framework and testing the applications to compare metrics to the normal server based computing.

• I worked as part of the test tools team, developing features for a record and replay regression testing framework. My project dealt with retooling the existing pipeline to give faster testing results to the search team's developers. During the course of my internship, I worked with a variety of technologies including Flask backend development, cli development, and writing short-lived jobs as a part of LinkedIn's proprietary job orchestrator. In addition, I worked cross functionally and collaboratively to bring my project to fruition.

• At Intuit, I worked as a part of the payroll team for QuickBooks Online. I worked on integrating easy bank account connection (called FastPass) with QuickBooks Full Service Payroll. I was responsible for product development as well as helping make user experience decisions. This work impacts hundreds of thousands of customers subscribed to Quickbooks Online Payroll.

• I worked part of the kernel team in Denali aka IOS-XE (a unique platform compatible for routing and switching platforms). I completed a project to extend the functionality of GDB. My project enabled the debugger to add empty threads and populate the empty threads with registers to enable debugging of tasks/processes on a second level scheduler. Particular to Cisco, I also wrote automated Python scripts to help load these tasks/processes into GDB to enable more efficient and easier debugging for developers.
