• Responsible for end-to-end Grocery and B2B warehouse operations. Monitor and execute the reprinting of product batch labels, including MRP, manufacturing/expiry dates, and raw material details. Manage daily manufacturing reporting for FMCG and private label production, ensuring alignment with buyer product requirements. Coordinate raw material receiving, quality checks, and categorization of goods into approved or rejected batches. Handle manufacturing operations to meet planned targets and quality compliance. Maintain physical inventory accuracy through regular audits and system reconciliation. Prepare and analyze daily staffing reports, including container and loading area headcount. Supervise and assign tasks to manpower, including MP (Manpower) task distribution and creation of weekly/monthly MP rosters. Manage order dispatch processes and coordinate with fleet vendors. Execute GRN, PRN, and Discrepancy Notes with appropriate inwarding and shelf put-away. Conduct internal warehouse audits to enforce adherence to SOPs and maintain 5S standards. Ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) is followed in inventory management. Coordinate with suppliers for purchase orders, deliveries, and document filing. Assist in operations improvement initiatives assigned by the Manager.
