• As part of a pioneering Finance Technology – Payroll Tech team, I have the following roles and responsibilities :
• 1. To directly work with the customers (operations and business processes teams) to review product requirements and functional specifications.
• 2. To take complete ownership of building and delivering a product using React,Javascript,Html,css,angular and other in-house tools provided by AWS (ex: S3, EC2 etc.)

• 6. To identify country specific requirements and leverage the product for geo-expansion.
• 7. To work with individuals having different skill-sets (eg: Data Engineers, SDEs, Support Engineers, System Engineers) and be actively involved in architecture design / code reviews.
• 8. To manage an entire project (including effort estimation, preparing SOPs, interacting with stakeholders, guiding ops teams for extensive testing and quality assessment, firming up a rollback /risk mitigation plan etc..)
