Shifted to one of the first Copilot teams in Microsoft India in late 2024 to build the Project Manager Agent from the ground up. This was early days, before reasoning models were popular, so we figured out multi-step agent architectures, prompt engineering, and model selection as we went.
Personally owned the evaluation pipeline, built datasets, implemented LLM-as-a-judge scoring to assess agent responses, and established quality benchmarks. Post-launch, incorporated real user feedback to iteratively improve prompts and agent behavior, directly improving user experience.
Currently integrating the service into Microsoft Teams, enabling real-time document generation during meetings based on user prompts, live transcripts, and grounding files.
