• Founding Engineer
• I was one of the earliest engineers in the team and was responsible for uptime and scalability of the Vymo platform which grew from from less than 500 users to 100K users from top BFSI companies of the world.The platform grew from a monolith to 25 + microservices based on Node.js , Java, Clojure and databases like Mongo,MYSQL and Elasticsearch
• Data Platform
• We built a highly scalable and fault tolerant data platform (based on Elasticsearch,Kafka,MYSQL,Azure Blob,Spark,Metabase and several microservices) .
• Many key Vymo features were built on top of the data platform - Interventions, BI, Intelligent suggestions, CRM sync,Targets and Goal Settings
• SFDC Integration
• We built a external CRM integration platform that syncs data reliably b/w SFDC and Vymo .Through this integration we provided a rich set of Vymo features to our customers on top of third party CRM's like SFDC

• Configuration Service and Organization Hierarchy
• End to End design and implementation of 24/7 Config and Authorization Services which enable our customers to map their organization hierarchy in a seamless fashion to all 24/7 products .
• The challenge here was to guarantee high configurability along with availability and messaging reliability
• Real time Recommendations
• This feature generates real time recommendations for our chat agents by recognizing patterns in incoming chat transcripts.
• The backend was a highly available and configurable service running on Lucence.
• Was involved in the design and implementation of this feature.
• Platform-Assist
• Actively involved in design and implementation of the core components of 247-inc's flagship product Assist . We came up with a SOA based approach to achieve high scalability and four 9's availability.
• Lead a team of developers to implement critical features in the product
• Reporting/BI for Assist
• Designed and implemented the entire backend pipeline (Mapreduce + Amazon S3) .
• Low Latency flow for operational and business reports was based on Storm/LOLA .
• High Latency analytics reports were generated using map reduce/hive/hadoop .

• CAFE is an application platform for MSO’s (Time Warner,Comcast etc) and content providers like CNBC,CNN,ESPN etc.The app server hosts applications for both cable and non cable devices(IOS,Android based) and enables non cable devices to interact with Cable devices using REST based web services
