Project details:
Graduation project focused on making communications more accessible, implemented use of alt text for social media and mailer content, conducted visitor research through contextual inquiries in the museum space to identify audience types and interests, redesigned and managed the museum newsletter end-to-end over fourth months and contributed to its strategy while managing various stakeholder expectations.
Contributed in two exhibitions and an installation opening in marketing capacity as well as staff duty rolls on opening weekends.
Assisted the social media manager in X (formerly Twitter) coverage of the museum's annual conference, Beyond Theory: Imagining Infrastructure, on @mapbangalore X handle.
Managed the museum inbox facing primary external communications with visitors, scholars, collaborators, press and various stakeholders, to facilitate prompt inter-team communication.
Conducted guided walks of the museum for various visiting batches of NIFT Bengaluru students, and provided insights into the museum working and its Collection from a design student perspective.
