• The first six months of internship I worked in International suite consisting of ocean and air product which was also my target project for my Graduation thesis.The project's primary objective was to enhance FourKites' Ocean/Air product, focusing on improving visibility, tracking, and advanced capabilities to meet the evolving needs of its user base. By expanding the customer base, streamlining operations, and enhancing global supply chain visibility, the project aimed to solidify FourKites' position in the market. Key goals included enhancing booking-level visibility, upgrading the user interface (UI) to world-class standards, and providing terminal intelligence. The target audience comprised logistic managers and track-and-trace users, whose needs and pain points were carefully considered throughout the project.
• Last six months I worked on revamping of Dynamic yard which is yard management tool offered by Fourkites. Redesigned the Yard Management Tool from scratch, reducing the number of clicks from 17 to 2, significantly improving efficiency for yard dispatchers in assigning trailers to doors.
