My day to day work activities include
1) I analyze vacuum systems using analytical methods and simulation tool to calculate pump down
in Load lock by taking into account of fore line losses, gas temperature drop and Aerosolization.
2) Purge flow calculations , Venting time calculations
3) I perform static and thermal analysis using ANSYS software to evaluate structural behavior and thermal performance of mechanical systems and validate by mathematical modeling using MATLAB.
4)Creation of test plan and Reliability testing of Slit valves, cooling pedestals and heating pedestals at lab.
5) 3D printing of Submodules in Load Lock where I perform the topology optimisation of different parts and analyze using Ansys
6) Working closely with suppliers in selection of OEM components
