• Multimedia Games Inc. is a major player in the market of Class II and Class III gaming as well as video lottery systems. As their lead OLAP designer, I have brought the company through several iterations of OLAP products, beginning with a centralized repository for reporting and eventually melding that technology into the gaming system with both the Israel and Iowa lottery systems. Corresponding with that development, there have been major advancements on the analytical system, utilizing analysis services and replication. The further integration of Business Intelligence into MGAM’s gaming systems has increased the size of my team and my position to that of a directorship.

• The Scooter Store is the industry leader in providing mobility assistance devices to Medicare recipients throughout the continental United States. Our enterprise data warehouse contained information from a large number of departments and source systems. A customer mapping solution was developed in house to help alleviate some data integrity issues between source systems. This mapping solution took our seventy million row prospect dimension and mapped those customers through our sales process all the way to our general ledger, allowing analytics on the process as a whole or in pieces. Our approach to ETL was co-developed by myself and our Data Architect, utilizing transactional replication, triggers, and nightly advanced batch DTS processing. I assisted in evaluation of new SAN (HP EVA 5000) and server (HP DL 760) technology to help support our OLAP environment through an eight-quarter plan.

• Inspection Solution provides mobile inspections for end of lease customers of several leading financial institutions, including General Motors America Corporation, Mitsubishi Motors, BMW, and Bank of America. In order to service our clients to the highest level possible, we developed an online inspection system as opposed to our mobile inspection application. The retailer program was created using SQL Server’s views and stored procedures, viewed through a JavaScript and HTML front end, creating XML data schemes to update the Metrix and Click soft back end. I was also responsible for supporting and upgrading Inspection Solution’s mobile inspection application using technologies such as XML, Visual Basic, and Microsoft Access.
