Performance monitoring and observability have also been key areas of focus, where I’ve successfully utilized tools like StatsD and DataDog to enhance system reliability.. Currently, I am leading systems focused on Generative AI, building upon my prior experience with NLP concepts such as word tokenization, vectorization, and indexing.Hands-on experience with a range of vector databases including Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, and Qdrant, Chroma focusing on embedding storage, similarity search, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. I am avid practitioner and strong advocate of deep work and i have realized that for a tech startup to succeed in this competitive world , we need to enable our best engineers to work at depth and create space for the brightest minds in the organization to immerse themselves in challenging, high-impact work at depth.
