I am a data engineer at Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), and I work in the diagnostics domain of the company. It's been more than 2 years working on this technology that uses data to solve real-world problems. At JLR, I have developed multiple big-data pipelines (batch and streaming) in the GCP using multiple services like Dataflow, Apache Beam, Airflow, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, etc. Currently, we are migrating to the AWS platform where we are using services like Kinesis, Glue, Flink, Kafka, Athena, RedShift, DynamoDB, etc. I am also happily involved in DevOps work where I have used Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Pipelines, and Terraform (Infrastructure-as-a-Code) to automate the development and maintenance processes. I have graduated from IIT Kharagpur and have completed a Dual Degree (B.Tech+M.Tech) with a major in Electronics & Electrical Communication Engineering and a minor in Computer Science Engineering. I am keenly interested in the fields of Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, DevOps, and Software Development. I am an active learner in these areas and I am always looking for new projects and opportunities to work on. I also wish to create a positive impact on people's lives with my work.
