• Taught Business, Social Studies (Geography/History/Culture) and Psychology to high school students in order to prepare them for a transfer school in Canada.
• Developed a curriculum and chose course content based on achievement
• goals set by the Ontario Education Board.
• Lead student activities including arts, band, and table tennis clubs to
• encourage extra curricular activities. This was done on my free time.
• Initiated an online grading system which was implemented by the school to
• connect teachers, students and parents.
• These roles roles built the foundation for:
• breaking down complex concepts
• managing pacing and clarity
• adapting communication to different audiences
• These skills later became the backbone of my coaching approach for engineers.
