I am the co-founder of Logicology - A company focused on preparing the young generation for future. At Logicology we build games and content that help children develop 21st century skills such as Problem Solving, Logical Reasoning and Critical Thinking. We strongly believe that these skills will be vital for the workforce of the future. As the career spans shorten due to rapid changes in technology, children will need to learn, unlearn and relearn. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI-ML) is already automating traditional, rule based, "do as directed" tasks causing a great change in skills requirement. Add to it the fact that a major proportion of roles of future have not even been invented yet. In this backdrop, 21st century skills can be the difference between professional success and struggle. At Logicology, our vision is to develop some of these 21st century skills in a gamified, fun learning environment. Logicology is fully bootstrapped business funded by my co-founder and me. While we dont seek any investments, we do need funds to build this business. I take up fractional CMO roles for mid-sized IT companies to fund Logicology. While it goes against the conventional startup wisdom of "going all in", so far it has worked out well for us. In addition to being an entrepreneur, I write articles (mostly on LinkedIn and Newspapers) and teach. I am a visiting faculty at VNIT and a few other institutes. I love to talk about entrepreneurship and the struggles associated with it. My core competence is talking and the most important thing I bring to the table is sincere honesty.
